30-day returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within that window.

Conditions

• The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• The issue must not be the result of user error (e.g., physical damage, incorrect installation, bent pins, liquid damage, or modification of the product).
• Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible, with all included accessories.

Returns caused by user error, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Email us at computerpartsnow@proton.me with your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds are issued securely through our payment processor, Stripe, back to your original payment method.
